Investment Objectives
This fund’s objective is to provide the opportunity for capital appreciation during the term of the fund by investing in mutual funds, fixed income securities and cash equivalents. The percentage allocated to each of these asset classes from time to time will be determined by the fund’s asset allocation strategy.
How This Fund Works
The portfolio of the BMO Guardian LifeStage Plus 2022 Fund Advisor Series is adjusted to become more conservative as the fund approaches its target end date. If the fund is held to maturity, at the fund’s target end date (June 30, 2022), you will receive an amount equal to the net asset value per unit on the start date of the fund or the highest net asset value per unit from inception up to the target end date — whichever is greater.
